REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

This service allows our team access to your firewall and server for diagnostic and repair purposes.  Via a connection through our website, we are able to access desktops and laptops remotely for diagnostics, repair, and scheduled updates of antivirus definitions, operating system upgrades, and application patches.

ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The Tech Group’s experienced technicians provide both phone support and onsite service as needed. Services include installation, upgrades, system administration services, network server support, network security, and general maintenance support. Scheduling a technician to assist your company onsite is as easy as picking up the phone and calling our service center at (802) 862-1197.

PROJECT ASSISTANCE

WIRELESS SITE SURVEY & INSTALLATION

Tech Group offers Wireless Site survey’s that help organizations design and deploy wireless technologies built to support your density and environment requirements.  As authorized resellers of Cisco, Aruba, and HP we are able to procure the controllers, access points and management systems required in order to provide you with complete wireless coverage.

DISASTER RECOVERY PLANNING

We help our customers define specific Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).  We can help determine the appropriate redundancy and support agreements required to support RTO and RPO.  We will work with the customer to define their offsite storage plan, as well as understanding of related compliance requirements.  We further work with the customer on site failure planning in the event of a catastrophic failure.
