Managed Services

Tech Group’s Managed Services assumes responsibility for providing services to ensure your network is up and running. These services include monitoring your network, providing network inventory documentation, as well as providing remote and/or on-site technical support. Our customized approach allows us to design a Managed Services solution that best meets your organization’s specific IT needs.

Tech Group’s Managed Service Plans:

Basic (Plan A), Remote (Plan B) and Remote Plus (Plan C) all utilize a best practices combination of automated software tools as well as highly skilled technical engineers, in order to deliver a technology support solution which keeps your operation running at optimal performance while managing costs.  These plans are listed as follows:

Basic (PLAN A) includes:
  • System Monitoring:  24x7x365.  Next Business Day response to problems reported after hours, weekends or holidays.
  • Patch Management:  All server and desktop operating system critical patches will be applied.  All critical application patches will be applied.  All firmware updates will be applied. (Note: Maintenance window is required)
  • Documentation:  System inventory provided (electronically) and updated annually.
  • Monthly Executive Summary:  Electronic report on your network’s health.
Remote (PLAN B) includes all documentation and services listed within PLAN A:
  • Anti-Virus / Anti-Spyware:  Confirm each system is properly configured and working.  Confirm that Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware definitions are up to date and current on all system.
  • Spam:  Confirm that all mail users are set up properly.  Confirm that Spam definitions are current and up to date. (if applicable)
  • Server and Desktop Support:  All hardware and supported operating systems covered (labor only, required parts covered by manufacturer’s warranty or customer).  Confirmation and testing of Server backups.  Hard drive optimization as outlined in customer agreement.
  • Assets:  Maintain file on all changes made to network to include patches, applications upgrades, new equipment, and operating system status and network infrastructure changes.
