They are links to remote access executables that allow us to take control of computers remotely. These executables are not harmful and uninstall themselves when the application exits.

Our remote access software creates a temporary, virtual tunnel between your computer and our technician's computer. It will allow the tech to remotely control your keyboard and mouse and view your screen as if they were there sitting right in front of it. You will still be able to see everything that is happening in real time. This session can ONLY take place with your approval and by following these next steps:

When instructed by one of our technicians, click on the Remot Access link to start the download process. You will then need to click RUN to start this small executable package. Please note that depending on your internet browser security settings, you may need to click RUN a second time verifying that you trust this software. Finally, you will be presented with the Mikogo login box. Enter the Session ID provided by the technician and click Join Session to start the remote session between our technician and the computer you ran this software from.

You can permanently terminate this connection at any time by RIGHT CLICKING the "M" icon in your system tray and selecting EXIT.
